May 11 Washington Update

This week, another Senator has joined as a cosponsor of the F2F funding bill, HHS released proposed regulations on Medicaid payments for primary care services, and the House passed a bill that would jeopardize Medicaid and CHIP eligibility for children. This update also provides information about two interesting webinars next week.

Congress has been on recess this week, and no new health care reform regulations were issued, so today’s update will be brief. Note, however, a funding opportunity from SAMHSA and an addition to the list of cosponsors for the F2F funding bill.
