CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and substitutions may be made by emailing conference@familyvoices.org with the subject "National Conference Cancellation or Substitution." For those with limited internet access, cancellations or substitutions may be submitted via phone (505.872.4774) or fax (505.872.4780). It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure that all requests are received by Family Voices.

There will be no charge for substituting one person for another at any time. Refunds for cancellations made before April 25th, 2007 will be based upon the date the cancellation is received by Family Voices office, as follows:

• By April 9, 2007 – 90% refund of conference registration fee
• Between April 9 and April 25, 2007 – 50% refund of conference registration fee
• After April 25th, 2007 - No refund
• Substitutions can be made at anytime at no charge.

Refunds apply to registration fees only. Hotel cancellations must be made directly by contacting your hotel. 

Family Voices reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Family Voices National Conference, your registration fee(s) will be credited towards a re-scheduled Conference.  All other cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
