SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorship of the Gala and National Conference provides necessary funding to keep enrollment costs low for family members attending as well as supporting the core work of Family Voices:  providing a network of support for families of children and youth with special health care needs in every state.  Your contribution will provide your organization with the visibility you deserve.  This is a wonderful opportunity for all organizations to demonstrate their commitment to families and to moving forward the future of health care for children and youth with special health care needs. 

Platinum Sponsor - $25,000
As a Platinum Sponsor, you will receive maximum visibility and exposure to not only Gala and Conference attendees, but to more than 45,000 individuals who are part of the Family Voices Network and countless individuals viewing Family Voices’ website through pre-Conference promotion.  As a Platinum Sponsor, you will receive the following:

• A full-page ad in the 15th Anniversary Book (Inside front or back cover) with company logo
• Corporate/institutional logo and name displayed at Gala and Conference locations
• Two twelve-person VIP tables at the Gala Celebration, with signage at tables
• Your logo on Conference tote bags
• Six Conference registrations
• Exhibit table in an exclusive area reserved for Platinum and Gold Sponsors
• Signage in the exhibit hall, plenary rooms, and registration area
• Your company’s logo on Family Voices’ website and acknowledgement in Gala and Conference promotional materials

Gold Sponsor - $15,000
Gold level sponsors will receive significant visibility at the Gala and Conference and in pre-Conference promotional materials.  As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive the following:

• A full-page ad in the 15th Anniversary Book with logo
• Corporate/institutional logo and name displayed at Gala and Conference locations
• One twelve-person VIP table at the Gala Celebration, with signage at table
• Your logo on Conference tote bags
• Four Conference registrations
• Exhibit table in an exclusive area reserved for Platinum and Gold Sponsors
• Signage in the exhibit hall, plenary rooms, and registration area

Silver Sponsor - $10,000
Silver level sponsors will be highly visible to all Gala and Conference attendees and in pre-Conference promotion.  As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive:

• A half-page ad in the 15th Anniversary Book with logo
• Corporate/institutional logo and name displayed at Gala and Conference locations
• Eight tickets to the Gala Celebration
• Your logo on Conference tote bags
• Three Conference registrations
• Complimentary Exhibit table in a preferred location
• Signage in the exhibit hall, plenary rooms, and registration area
• Your logo on Family Voices’ website and acknowledgement in Gala and Conference promotional materials

Bronze Sponsor - $5,000
Bronze level sponsors will be highly visible to all Gala and Conference attendees and in pre-Conference promotion.  As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive:

• A quarter-page ad in the 15th Anniversary Book with logo
• Corporate/institutional logo and name displayed at Gala and Conference locations
• Six tickets to the Gala Celebration
• Two Conference registrations
• Complimentary Exhibit table in a preferred location
• Signage in the exhibit hall and registration area

Gala Celebration Table Sponsor - $2,500
Gala celebration table sponsors will be highly visible to Gala attendees during the Gala Celebration.  As a Gala Celebration Table Sponsor, you will receive:

• Signage at your Gala table
• Listing in the 15th Anniversary Book
• Eight tickets at a table of twelve and acknowledgement that your support has provided four tickets to sponsor family members’ attendance at the Gala

Reception Sponsorship – $2,000
Reception Sponsors will be highly visible to Conference attendees during the evening reception.  As a Reception Sponsor, you will receive:

• Prominent signage during the reception
• Acknowledgement during reception remarks
• Quarter-page ad in the 15th Anniversary Book

Meal/Break Sponsorships – varied (see below)
Meal/Break sponsors will be highly visible to Conference attendees during the meal/break which they sponsor.  As a Meal/Break Sponsor, you will receive:

• Prominent signage during the meal/break
• Listing in the 15th Anniversary Book

Lunch Sponsor - $1,500
Breakfast Sponsor - $1,000
Refreshment Break Sponsor - $750

Advertisements in the 15th Anniversary Book – varied (see below)
Advertisements will be included in a commemorative 15th Anniversary Book that will be distributed at the Gala Celebration and the Conference.  You have the option of submitting a camera-ready ad or having FV create your ad.
