National Health “Report Card”
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released "Health, United States, 2015," a comprehensive annual report known as the "report card on the nation's health." The 400-page report has statistics calculated by ethnic group, sex, age, disease prevalence, insurance coverage, and many other factors.
