• The Obama administration awarded grants on quality measures for children's health care, and published the report of the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities.
• The administration also announced how it will handle situations in which a consumer's insurance plan drops out of the Marketplace, and how it will spend the Zika funds that Congress appropriated.
