As a Family-to-Family Health Information and Education Center, funded by a Real Choice Systems Change Grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Idaho Parents Unlimited (IPUL) focuses on the following goals:
- To inform families of children & youth with special health care needs about public & private health benefits
- To assist families in navigating various health care systems & supports
- To unite parents & professionals together for educational opportunities on how children & youth with special health care needs can be active participants in their communities
- To educate families on having an active voice in the decision making process about the supports & services available to their children & youth Provide referrals
